About me
Hello, I'm Oxana! I'm a Nutritional Therapist that helps new moms to achieve every health goal from wellness to fighting disease with bespoke nutrition programmes and lifestyle advises during this special time in your life.
As someone who has been in your shoes, building a career, being a busy mom, living in a permacrisis, I understand the challenges that come with maternity.
Sports, extreme sports, yoga, and what food can do for me, these are the things that have been with me for years and I was sure that I knew everything about how to look after my body, BUT being pregnant and then having a baby transformed my life and my body.
I was lost and overwhelmed by my new status. I didn’t know how to nourish myself to stay healthy, to feed my baby and support my mental state. That’s brought me to the College of Naturopathic Medicine where I studied naturopathic nutrition. Through functional testing, finding the root causes of my symptoms, and nourishing myself with the right food, supplements and lifestyle changes, I finally started to feel myself again. I realised that I have my energy back, my optimal weight and my digestive issues gone. Healthy and happy wife HAPPY LIFE again.
I believe that good health is essential for moms, but at the same time it should not be difficult to achieve by making sustainable and doable actions towards balanced diet and lifestyle.

Get a bespoke 14-day meal plan that meets your specific needs, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Downloadable PDF includes recipes, shopping lists, pictures, and nutritional content for each meal.
Plans can be tailored to meet your dietary requirements, including:
- specific daily calorie amounts,
- allergen avoidance (such as gluten-free, dairy-free, or both),
- accommodating your likes and dislikes,
- available cooking time,
- specific dietary needs (such as vegetarian, vegan, SIBO diets, low FODMAP diets, and more).
To create a meal plan you will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire prior to receiving your plan. Once responses received, I will prepare your plan and send it to you within approximately 48 hours. In case of any processing delays, you will be informed promptly.
